Carlton Technologies have a range of standardised heating element designs for vending and coffee machines, we also offer bespoke designs for preexisting machines.

Both stainless steel sheathed tubular and cartridge elements can be used to heat the water. Our Research and Development Laboratory, designs complete heating systems or boiler units paying close attention to reliability and corrosion resistivity.

Where high power is not required and space is restricted, etched foil elements can be used, for example in dried powders containers, drink delivery systems and powder mixing areas.

Etched foil heaters, together with silicone heating cables, are also commonly used as anti-condensation devices for keypads or selection displays on electronic components.
