There are now over 1,285 breweries in the UK, this figure increases every week and the popularity of real ale increases month on month.
Here at Carlton we like to promote the increase in the brewing market, whether this is putting money behind the bar in our local real ale Derbyshire pubs or developing a specific range of immersion heaters tailored to the brewery market.
Our unique brewery immersion heaters do not have thermostat pockets or spreader plates, this allows the elements to be gently separated to aid cleaning. WE have found that a number of breweries use external temperature control gear so do not require thermostat pockets.
