Tubular Heating Elements
Tubular
heaters use consolidated and established technologies utilising
a spiral of resistive wire immersed in MgO compressed and protected
by a metallic sheath. Tubular heating elements after annealing
can be shaped to many geometries depending on the heating needs
and foot print available, their advantages are:
- High reliability at higher temperatures
- High mechanical and chemical resistance
- can be 'finned' (providing extended surface areas enabling
quicker heat exchange for the same diameter of resistance)
- Large range of power, tension, shape, and dimensions.
- Junction boxes and connections also in waterproof and explosion-proof
execution
- Uses for regulation and safety devices, electronic or electromechanical
- Sheath material suitable with the application:
- AISI 304,316,321,309
- INCOLOY 800,825
- INCONEL 600
- TITANIUM
- COPPER
- CARBON STEEL
- SPECIAL MATERIALS
- Easy installation guaranteed by a large range of fixing systems:
- Standard customised flanges
- Plugs 1"-1"1/4- 1"1/2- 2"- 2"1/4-
2"1/2
- Connectors ISO- GAS
