ELECTRIC FRYER AND PASTA COOKER KIT – Drop In
The Fryer and Pasta cooker kits have been designed for the Food Service manifacturers of modular and monoblock kitchens.
Product description
Three tubular heating elements are braised on a tilting nipple (RICA Patent) that is screwed against the bottom of the pan. The pan is in AISI 304 for the fryers and in AISI 316L for the pasta cookers. The heater can be turned till 93°allowing an easy daily cleaning from the cooking residuals.
Product integration levels
FIRST LEVEL: TUBOLAR TILTING HEATER KIT
The first level of supply is a 3-phase customizable tubolar heating elements on nipple to be fixed in the customer pan. The system is provided with O-rings, counternipples, microswich, and cables.
SECOND LEVEL: PAN+TUBOLAR TILTING HEATER
The second level of supply includes the pan, the tilting heater, the gaskets, the supports and the false bottom. The pan is provided with a threat nipple for the oil/water discharge and must be welded under the customer top.
THIRD LEVEL: TOP WITH PAN+TUBOLAR TLTING HEATER
The third level of supply includes the top with pan, the tilting heater, the gaskets, the supports and the false bottom. The top should be drop on the customer table top and the perimetral gap completed with silicon.
